FAITO CLUB PRIX 2016

April 23-24, 2016 the first Faito Club Prix was held at the Batangas Racing Circuit, Rosario, Batangas.  Three (3) different categories were formed for the Faito Club Prix.  Faito aims to encourage motorcycle club riders and as well as individual riders who haven't had the experience in riding or racing their bikes in a race track.  FAITO RACING PHILS. INC. together with MTRT encourages those individuals who aspires to be a motorcycle racer someday to come out and join such event.  The race categories that was formed are the following Faito 115 UB 2-vavles, 130 UB 2-Valves.  Close to total of 30 participants joined the different categories, wherein top 5 riders of each category was awarded.  The FAITO CLUB PRIX can be considered as a stepping stone for those first time motorcyle racers.  A simple and few requirements was needed prior to be able to qualify and join the race.  One of the race rule is that the race bike should have three (3) Faito products that is installed and should be easily located or visible without opening the motorcycle engine.  It was a 3 day event which started April 21, 2016 wherein riders have the whole day to practice with their race bike around the tracks and give them ample time to make necessary adjustments on their bike.  Then, it was a sunny Saturday April 23, 2016, qualifying time trial for all these categories were held to determine each riders grid position for the race proper.  Come Sunday, April 24, 2016, It's race day for everyone.  Each race category was given time to have their last practice around the track and to make the final settings on the adjustments made to their bike.  A mandatory riders's briefing was held and conducted by the race officials of Batangas Racing Circuit.  After the briefing it was followed by short opening program of the event.  All participants, together with their bike paraded infront of the Batangas Race Circuit control tower.  After the opening ceremony, it was then the start of the breath taking and heart pounding motorcycle races of all types.  From Superbikes categories, National races categories, various club races and the Faito Club Prix.  Hundreds of spectators were present and enjoyed their view of the races.  The day ended with the awarding ceremony, wherein all top 3 or 5 riders per category where awarded with trophies and other items.

FAITO RACING PHILS. INC. is honping to double the number of participants for it's race.  Faito encourage everyone who aspires to be a motorcycle racer to joing the event.  Who knows, you might be the next king of motorcyle racing here in the Philippines.
